Luca Masciotra is a 17-year-old systems innovator and the founder of Wirkunft, a consulting agency reimagining how social change is built. Guided by a belief that complex problems require structural solutions, he focuses on designing data-driven frameworks that unite policy, technology, and human empathy.
Through his flagship initiative, HOPE (Holistic Optimization for Prevention and Empowerment), Luca pioneers a scalable model that bridges individual support with systemic reform in the fight against houselessness. His work reflects a new generation of changemakers - one that blends creativity, analysis, and compassion to transform how society responds to its most pressing challenges.
